Terms of Service

1. What FlightsDash is

FlightsDash is a flight search aggregator. We display flight availability and pricing retrieved from third-party data providers and link you to third-party booking partners to complete a purchase. We do not sell airline tickets, and we are not a party to any booking, ticket, or transportation contract you enter into with an airline or booking partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically harvest content from the Service;
• submit searches at a rate intended to overwhelm or degrade the Service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, reCAPTCHA, or other protective measures;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

4. Third-party bookings

When you click a booking link, you are directed to a third-party site (for example, Skyscanner.com) to complete your purchase. Your booking is subject to that third party's terms, privacy policy, fare rules, and customer service. We are not responsible for prices, availability, fare changes, refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, or any other aspect of the booking once you leave the Service.

5. Affiliate compensation

FlightsDash participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission on bookings completed on partner sites after you click through from the Service. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that flight prices, schedules, seat availability, or other information shown on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time and are only confirmed at the moment of booking on the partner site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightsDash and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed US $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlightsDash harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The FlightsDash name, logo, and the Service's design and content (excluding third-party content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
